Cooking Instructions: Cook Frozen. Preheat lightly greased pan on Medium High heat. Place frozen portion(s) of sandwich steaks in pan and fry until the top is defrosted. Flip on the other side to brown the meat. Cook all meat to a brown color, no visually pink color remaining and the internal meat temperature reaches 165 degrees F using a meat thermometer. Microwave Instructions: Due to differences in microwave designs, cooking time may vary. Place frozen steak in microwaveable dish. Cover dish and microwave at full power for 2 minutes. Check to see that the meat is fully cooked with no visible pink color and the internal meat temperature reaches 165 degrees F using a meat thermometer. Suggested serving. Keep frozen.
