Pancakes You Will Need: 3/4 cup milk or water 1 egg Prep Time: 1 min Cook Time: 2 min/batch 1. Grease skillet or griddle with vegetable oil or shortening (or use cooking spray). Heat over medium-high heat (heat electric griddle to 375degF). 2. Stir Bisquick Mix, milk and egg until blended. Pour by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot skillet. 3. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden brown. Makes about 9 High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change. For Light and Fluffy Pancakes: Stir 1 Tbsp sugar and 1 tsp vanilla into batter.
