Boil: Directions: 1. Remove oxygen absorber and discard. 2. Pour 1 cup Dehydrated Potato Shreds into 3 cups boiling water. 3. Turn down heat and simmer until tender. 4. Drain and season as desired. Use in recipes calling for potatoes or fry on well oiled gridle/skillet at 375 degrees F for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. Just add water. Best when stored in a cool, dry and dark place at temperatures between 55 degrees F and 70 degrees F. Shelf life up to 25 years. Shelf Life: Product good for up to 25 years when unopened. Actual shelf life may vary based on individual storage conditions.
