Directions: 1. Remove oxygen absorber and discard. 2. Cover potatoes with warm water and let stand for 15 to 30 minutes or simmer until tender. 3. Drain and season as desired. Use in scalloped potatoes, fried potatoes, potato salad, soups and stews. 1 pound of Dehydrated Potato Slices = 3 pounds of fresh potatoes. Ingredients: Potato slices (potato, freshness preserved with sodium bisulfite). Best when stored in a cool, dry and dark place at temperatures between 55 degrees F and 70 degrees F. Actual shelf life may vary based on individual storage conditions. Shelf life up to 25 years. Shelf Life: Product good for up to 25 years when unopened.
