Directions

Cooking Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, combine half of the Sauce Starter with shrimp of fish; toss to coat. 2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook, stirring often, until pink and opaque (3-5 minutes). Or if using fish, until cooked throughout. Transfer to a serving plate. 3. Add remaining Sauce Starter to skillet and heat for 30 seconds. Pour sauce over shrimp or fish. Serve with La Tortilla Factory tortillas. Our Favorite Toppings: Cilanto, chopped cabbage, avocado, lime wedges.
