Directions

Keep frozen. Ovens may vary. Microwave Oven: Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove overwrap. Stir. Cook on high for 1 more minute. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove overwrap. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven: Remove overwrap and tray. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions.

Rotini is one of Chef Fred's favorite pastas. Its twisty shape is ideal for holding the sauce and tender shallots, organic asparagus spears and broccoli florets. Our pasta sauce is made from vine-ripened organic tomatoes seasoned with fragrant sweet basil and other traditional Italian herbs. With a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese on top, this great-tasting, enjoyable dish contains only 220 calories.
