Keep frozen. Instructions: thaw the plantain leaves at room temperature. Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes. Use the plantain leaves to wrap the tamales. Please note: although edible, plantain leaves are usually used only to wrap and cook food, and discarded afterwards. Product to be fully cooked wrapped in plantain leaves.
