This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep frozen. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: This is an uncooked product. Cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees or until juices are no longer red. Outdoor Grill: For medium: Preheat gas grill at 350 degrees or when charcoal turns white. Cook frozen potty 6 to 9 minutes on one side or until juices come to surface. Turn and cook 4 to 6 minutes or until 160 degrees internal temperature or until juices are no longer red. Under the Broiler: For medium: Place frozen patty in pre-heated broiler for 8 minutes or until 160 degrees internal temperature or until juices are no longer red. In the Frying Pan: For medium: Place frozen potty in the pre-heated fry pan over medium high heat and cook for 5 minutes then turn and cook for 3 minutes or until 160 degrees internal temperature or until juices are no longer red. Microwave: Defrost frozen patties for 1 - 1-1/2 minutes. Cook on high for 2 minutes or until 160 degrees internal temperature or until juices are no longer red. Keep frozen.
