Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Thawing is not recommended; cook from frozen. Outdoor Grill for medium well: Preheat gas grill to 350 degrees or until charcoal turns white. Cook frozen patty 6 to 9 minutes on one side or until the juices come to the surface. Turn and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. In the Frying Pan for medium well: Place frozen patty in preheated fry pan over medium-high heat and cook 6 minutes, then turn and cook for 3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Under the Broiler For medium well: Cook frozen patty in preheated broiler for 9 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Keep frozen.
