Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: This is an uncooked product. Cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees. Outdoor Grill: For medium-well: Preheat gas grill at 350 degrees or when charcoal turns white. Cook frozen pattie 6 to 9 minutes on one side or until the juices come to the surface. Turn and cook 4 to 6 minutes or until 160 degrees internal temperature. Under The Broiler: For medium-well: Place frozen pattie in pre-heated broiler for 8 minutes or until 160 degrees internal temperature. In The Frying Pan: For medium-well: Place frozen pattie in the pre-heated fry pan over medium-high heat. Cook for 5 minutes on one side. Turn and cook for 3 minutes or until 160 degrees internal temperature. Keep frozen.
