Directions

Stove Top: (1) Measure 2 cups boiling water into a serving bowl (for creamier or thicker texture add more or less water). (2) Add contents of pouch and stir with a fork to moisten all of the potatoes. (3) Let stand about 1 minute until liquid is absorbed. (4) Stir and serve. Microwave: Microwave: (1) In a microwave-safe bowl, add 2 cups cold water and stir in contents of pouch (for creamier or thicker texture add more or less water). (2) Microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes or until hot. (3) Stir and serve. Caution: bowl will be hot. Because microwaves cook different, times are approximate.
