Cook thoroughly. Microwave (for an 1100-watt oven): (1) Remove bowl from carton, peel back one corner of the film to vent. (2) Microwave on high for 3 minutes 30 seconds. (3) Carefully remove from microwave, and remove film. (4) Stir, and let stand for 1 minute before serving. Enjoy! Conventional Oven: (1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. (2) Place tray on baking sheet on middle oven rack. (3) Bake for 35-40 minutes. (4) Remove film completely and let stand for 1 - 2 minutes. For best flavor stir before serving. Ovens vary. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Caution: Product will be hot. Do not re-use bowl. Keep frozen.
