Lift + Push + Lock = Maximum Suction. Swivel item up. Push. Lock. Power Lock Suction item must be mounted on smooth clean surface: glass, tile, fiberglass, metal, etc. Not for painted surfaces. 1 - Clean desired location. Swivel item up. 2 - Moisten suction cup(s) and push stem of Suction cup(s) directly into wall. 3 - Swivel part down to lock suction cup(s) into place. The Power Lock mechanism will flatten suction cup(s) and create a strong seal. To remove, raise item and release suction cup(s).
