Pan Fry: Cooking Directions (5 Servings): 1. Place 2 lbs of beef (Bulgogi) in a large pot. Mix in 7 ox of Yissine Korean Bulgogi Marinade & Sauce in the meat. Marinate the meat in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. For better taste, add some vegetables such as fresh mushrooms, sliced onions, scallions, etc, cover and refrigerate overnight. 2. Place the marinated meat in a pan and cook for about 5-10 minutes until fully cooked. Enjoy your meal. For a added taste, wrap the meat and rice with a lettuce leaf and serve with kimchi on the side. Refrigerate after opening.
