Product Details
Appellation Monterey County. Our Castle Rock Rose of Pinot Noir was produced from grapes grown in California's Monterey County. Harvested in the cool of night, the grapes were sent direct to press to pull just enough color from the skins to achieve the delicate hue. The wine is crisp, fresh and floral with bright acidity and aromas of violet and rose petals. On the palate it is supple and harmonious with flavors of strawberry, raspberry and citrus, with a smooth lingering finish. Perfect for drinking on its own, it also makes a nice accompaniment to salads, light pasta dishes and seafood. - Meghan Rech winemaker. 13.5% alc. by vol. 27 Cellared & Bottled by Castle Rock Winery, Santa Rosa, CA.Nutrition Facts
