Limit seal temperature to 350 degrees C (650 degrees) F or lead wire deterioration may occur. Maintain a minimum bulb wall temperature of 250 degrees C (500 degrees) F for operation of the halogen cycle. Replace damaged sockets if deterioration is observed.
