For Half Box You Will Need: 1 lb Lean ground beef or turkey. 1-1/2 Cups hot water. 2 Cups milk. 1. Cook: Cook ground meat in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes, breaking up and stirring. Drain, return cooked meat to skillet. 2. Stir: Stir in hot water, milk, 1 pouch sauce mix and 1 pouch pasta. Heat to boiling. 3. Simmer: Reduce heat cover; simmer 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. If necessary, uncover and cook, while stirring, an additional 1 to 3 minutes to desired consistency. For entire box, make as directed above-except double all ingredients, use 5-quart stockpot or 12-inch skillet, and cook ground meat 8 to 10 minutes. Add: Stir in hot dog pieces; cover and continue to simmer 2 to 4 minutes, until pasta is tender and hot dog pieces are heated through. If necessary, uncover and cook, while stirring, an additional 1 to 3 minutes to desired consistency. For entire box, make as directed above-except double all ingredients and use 5-quart stockpot or 12-inch skillet. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Refrigerate leftovers.
