Directions

Warm fresh flapjack in a minute. Add 1/4 cup water or milk or use provided fill line. Microwave 60 seconds. 1. Remove sealed lid. 2. For best results, add 1/4 cup cold water, or use provided fill line. (Use milk for 2g extra protein). 3. Stir until combined. 4. Heat in the microwave on high for 1 minute. Caution! Cup and contents will be hot.
