KIBO Sake Junmai

Description

KIBO Sake Junmai. 180 ml.

Other Description

Kibo (key-bo) means Hope in Japanese. The earthquake and tsunami of March 211 completely destroyed the Suisen Shuzo Sake Brewery and tragically took the lives of seven of their employees. With much passion and perseverance the sake brewery was rebuilt and the company resumed sake production the following year. The spirit of the Suisen brewery lives on in its Kibo Junmai sake. Known as "Iwate no Jizake" - a local craft sake from the Iwate Prefecture - and handmade from local Kitakami rice and pure mountain water, KIBO is deliciously soft and mellow with a slightly dry finish. Please recycle. Visit: www.kibosake.com.
