The Grand Cru Geisberg is one of the smallest grand cru in alsace with 8.5 HA only; a rarity, in 2008 the Trimbach family took over the Grand Cru Geisberg of the convent of ribeauville and started to bottle this pearl separately in 2009. This parcel of 2.6 HA vinified in the distinctive trimbach style, produces a dry wine with intense complexity, energy and delicate fruitiness.
