Step 1: Vacuum carpets thoroughly before cleaning. Shake bottle and add 4 oz (1/2 cup) per gallon of hot tap water. Step two: Deep clean carpets & other soft surfaces following machine instructions. Allow carpet to dry thoroughly before putting furniture back in place. Before using: apply a small amount in a hidden area. Blot using a white paper towel. After one minute, make sure no color has transferred to the paper towel.
