Cooking Instructions: Skillet: Place frozen burger in a pre-heated skillet and cook first side until juices come through. Turn burger and continue cooking second side until done (165 degrees F/74 degrees C internal temperature as measured with a food thermometer). Grill: Cook burger from a frozen or thawed state on a grill over hot coals on first side until juices come through. Turn burger and continue cooking until second side is done (165 degrees F/74 degrees C internal temperature as measured with a food thermometer). Broiler: Cook frozen burger in pre-heated broiler first side until brown. Turn burger and cook second side until done. (165 degrees F/74 degrees C internal temperature as measured with a food thermometer). Keep frozen.
