OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F, place sausage on a foil lined baking sheet lightly sprayed with oil and cook, turning often, for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature is 160°F. GRILL: Preheat grill to medium heat. Add sausage and heat, turning often, for 15-20 minutes until internal temperature is 160°F. Always thaw product in the refrigerator prior to cooking.
