No milk needed, just add water. How to prepare: For one serving, mix one level scoop with 8 oz (1 cup) of water. Stir well & enjoy! Or customize it milk chocolate mocha smoothie. Ingredients: 2 tbsp cream cheese. 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk. 1 scoop Atkins® milk chocolate protein powder. 3/4 tsp instant espresso powder or instant coffee. 1/2 cup ice. Directions: Blend all ingredients except ice until very smooth. Pour over or blend with ice and enjoy! Storage & maintenance: Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool & dry place. Close lid tightly after use.
