Directions

Keep frozen. Thawing instructions: Thaw completely. For best results, remove from box and thaw in refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Quick thaw instructions: Submerge the turducken breast in vacuum-sealed bag in cool water. Change water every hour for approx. 3 hours. Cooking instructions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Remove from bag. Bake on a rack in a roasting pan, covered for 2 hours 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Allow turducken breast to cool 20 minutes to seal in juices. Remove netting and slice.
