Pepperoni crisps - arrange Applegate pepperoni slices in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 375degrees F until pepperoni is sizzling and beginning to crisp, about 10 minutes (pepperoni will continue to crisp as it cools). Enjoy crisps in salads or as an appetizer.
