Directions

Cooking (appliances vary, heating times approximate). Pan Fry (Preferred): Cook slowly over medium-low to medium heat, turning frequently to assure even cooking without burning, to desired crispness. Drain on paper towels. Microwave: Place uncured bacon on paper towels on a microwave-safe plate. Cover with a paper towel and cook on high to desired crispness: 2 slices: 1-2 min. 4 slices: 2-3 min. Keep refrigerated below 40°F at all times. After Opening, Uncured Bacon keeps for 5 days in refrigeration, can freeze up to 12 months.
