Thaw Instructions: Thaw in box, in refrigerator overnight (8 hours). Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours. Don't open until all ingredients are assembled and you are ready to begin. Using Kataifi: Remove a handful of kataifi. Work with small amounts. Loosen by pulling strands gently in opposite directions. Follow recipe exactly, using exact amounts. Lay Kataifi on cooking sheet and spread with fingers. Cover with plastic wrap, and then a damp towel. Keep frozen. Storing Kataifi: Store remaining Kataifi in plastic wrap. Seal securely. Refrigerate up to 5 weeks, or freeze up to 6 months.
