Cook thoroughly. Cooking instructions: microwave oven (for a 1100w microwave): slit film to vent. Cook on high for 2 minutes 30 seconds, remove film, stir and recover, cook on high an additional 1 minute 30 seconds. Let stand for 1 minute. Enjoy! Conventional oven do not place this bowl in the oven. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Transfer the food to an oven-safe dish and place on center rack. Cook for 20 minutes, remove from oven and thoroughly stir, return product to oven and cook for an additional 20 minutes. Carefully remove the dish & let cool for 2 minutes. Enjoy! For food safety and quality, follow these instructions. Ovens vary. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.. Careful! Bowl can be hot after cooking! Keep frozen.
