Cook on high an additional 45 seconds. Let stand for 1 minute. Enjoy! Conventional Oven: Do not place this bowl in the oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Transfer the food to an oven safe dish. Cover with foil and place on center rack. Cook for 22 minutes; remove from oven; stir and re-cover; cook an additional 22 minutes. (44 minutes total cook time). Carefully remove the dish and let cool for 2 minutes before enjoying! Cook thoroughly. Ovens vary. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Careful! Bowl can be hot after cooking!
