For food safety and quality, follow these Cooking Instructions: microwave (for a 1200w microwave): Slit film to vent. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove film, stir and re-cover. Cook on high an additional 30 seconds. Let stand for 1 minute. Enjoy! Conventional Oven: Do not place this bowl in the oven. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Transfer the food to an oven safe dish. Cover with foil and place on center rack. Cook for 20 minutes; stir and re-cover; cook an additional 18 minutes. Carefully remove the dish and let cool 2 minutes before enjoying! Cook thoroughly. Ovens vary. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Careful! Bowl can be hot after cooking!
