Boil: Stove-Top Instructions: (1) Add 2 cups water to a medium saucepan and heat water on high to a boil. (2) Remove boiling water from heat and immediately stir in entire pouch of potatoes. (3) Mix thoroughly using a fork to moisten all potatoes. Let stand 1 minute. (4) Stir well and serve. Microwave: Microwave directions: (1) Measure 2 cups cold water into a microwave serving bowl. (2) Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes to heat water to a boil. Caution: Bowl and water will be very hot! (3) Remove water from microwave and immediately add entire pouch of potatoes all at once, using a fork to moisten all potatoes, and let stand 1 minute. (4). Stir well and serve. Because microwaves cook differently, times are approximate. Increase water amount and cook times it needed.
