Directions

Stove-Top Instructions: Bring 2 cups water (1 tbsp olive or vegetable oil, 1/2 tsp salt, if desired) to a boil on high heat in medium saucepan. Stir in 8 oz. Couscous; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. Makes about 5, 1-cup servings. Cooks in 5 minutes. Store in cool dry place.
