Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot, refrigerator leftovers immediately or discard. Deep Fry: Pre heat oil to 350 degrees F. Use enough oil to fully cover the Croquettes. Fry the Croquettes for 5 minutes. Let set for 2 minutes. Minimum internal temperature reached should be 165 degrees F. Do not fry more than 4 at a time. Pan Fry: In a skillet pan, preheat over medium high heat enough oil to cover bottom of the pan. Fry the croquettes for 6 minutes. Let set for 2 minutes. Minimum internal temperature should be 165 degrees F. Turn frequently. Do not fry more than 4 at a time. Keep frozen.
