Suggested Usage: 1 bottle (15 fl. oz.) for 10 lbs of meat. Shake well before using. Cooking Directions: 1. Marinate chicken in BC Marinade for 30 minutes or more. 2. For authentic Bourbon Chicken, follow recipe on BC Grill'n Dip label. 3. BC Marinade can be used alone to add great hickory flavor to steak, pork, turkey. or fish. Both BC Marinade and BC Grill'n Dip are needed to make bourbon chicken. Refrigerate after opening for quality.
