Cooking Instructions: Needs to be fully cooked. Stove top: For best results, cook from frozen. Bring 1/2 cup water to a rapid/rolling boil in a saucepan. Add desired amount of frozen vegetables. Cover, reduce heat to medium, and heat gently for 6 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and stir prior to serving. Microwave: For best results, cook from frozen. Place desired amount of vegetables in a microwave-safe container. Add 2 tablespoons water and cover. Cook on high, full (100%) power for 6 to 7 minutes*, stirring halfway through cooking. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Drain if necessary and stir prior to serving. *For food safety, cook to a temperature of 165┬░ F. Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust cooking time as necessary. Note: Directions were developed for 1100 watt and higher microwave ovens. Cooking in microwave ovens below 1100 watts will require additional time to reach proper temperature. Keep frozen.
