Instructions: 1. Sprinkle 1 packet of FryAway powder per 2 cups of oil into hot oil. 2. Stir until FryAway powder is fully dissolved. 3. Allow oil to cool completely. 4. Scoop hardened oil directly into household garbage or organic waste bin. Smart Use: Once FryAway is added, oil may not be consumed or reused for cooking. May become liquid again at temps exceeding 120 degrees F /49 degrees C. For animal fats/grease start with 1/2 recommended amount of FryAway. If oil doesn't solidify, reheat and add more FryAway powder. If oil sticks to the pan, warm pan to loosen. Do not space. Usage Chart: Amount of oil (volumes are approximate) 2 cups 16 fl oz 500 ml. Packets needed = 1 packet. Best if stored in a cool, dry place.
