Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Bake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place drumsticks in baking dish for 60 to 75 minutes, turning once, and until a meat thermometer, inserted into deepest part of the meat and not touching bone, registers at least 165 degrees F. Grill: Preheat grill between medium and high heat, where grill surface is between 500 degrees F and 700 degrees F. Place drumsticks on grill; space so they do not touch. Close grill cover and grill for 60 to 75 minutes, turning every 10 to 15 minutes, and until a meat thermometer, inserted into the deepest part of the meat and not touching bone, registers at least 165 degrees F. For food safety cooks to 165 degrees F. Keep refrigerated or frozen.
