Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (Including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot, refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cook thoroughly to: 165 degree F for safety. Approximate Thawing & Roasting Times: Weight (lbs): 10-18; 18-22; 22-24. Feeds (No. of people): 6-12; 12-15; 15-16. Thaw (Do not thaw at room temperature) (Always thaw in unopened wrapper, thaw on tray in refrigerator, or thaw in cold water, changing water every 30 minutes): In refrigerator (days): 3-4; 4-5; 5-6. In cold water (hours): 5-9; 9-11; 11-12. Roast (Use a shallow open pan with a flat rack in a 325 degree F oven: Open pan (hours): 3 to 3-1/2; 3-1/2 to 4; 4 to 4-1/2. Cooking & carving directions enclosed separately. To open bag: Insert one finger from each hand in holes. With even force, pull one hole to the right and the other hole to the left until bag starts opening. Keep frozen.
