Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: 1. Preheat skillet to medium-high heat and preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of oil to the skillet. 3. Remove pork tenderloin from packaging and place it on the skillet. 3. Remove pork tenderloin from packaging and place it on the skillet. 4. Sear all side of the pork until browned, 4 minutes for each side. 5. Remove the seared pork from the skillet and place on a wire rack on a backing sheet. 6. Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature of 145-150 degrees F. Keep refrigerated or frozen.
