Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, & hands after touching raw meat/poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: 1. Preheat skillet to medium-high heat and preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of oil to the skillet. 3. Remove pork tenderloin from packaging and place it on the skillet. 4. Sear all sides of the pork until browned, 4 minutes for each side. 5. Remove the seared pork from the skillet and place on a wire rack on a backing sheet. 6. Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature of 145-150 degrees F. Keep refrigerated or frozen.
