Brewing: Start with filtered water. Grind fine for short brew time, coarse for long brew time. 195 degrees F - 205 degrees F is ideal temp for brewing coffee. Use 2 tbsp coffee per 6 oz of water. Pro-Tip: Use a gram scale. 1 gram of coffee for every 17 grams of water. Coffee Tips: Freshness: Keep your beans in a tightly sealed bag or an airtight container away from light and moisture. Grind just enough for each brew. Do not freeze. Push tab in to open.
