Cooking Directions: Stovetop: 1. In a saucepan bring 1 2/3 cups water and 1 tablespoon butter to a boil. 2. Stir Dixie Lily Yellow Rice package. 3. Cover and reduced heat to low. Cook 20-25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Microwave: 1. Combine 1 2/3 cups water, 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, and Dixie Lily Yellow Rice in a 1 1/2 quart microwave safe dish. 2. Cover and cook on high for 3 minutes. Reduce settings to medium (50% power) and cook for 17 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve.
