In a skillet, combine chicken and simmer sauce. Stir and heat through. Serve in warm taco shells or tortillas. Chef suggests. If desired, serve with salsa, sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce or avocado. Squeeze fresh lime over tacos for an added fresh note. For extra heat, try adding a dash of cayenne or chipotle powder. If starting with uncooked chicken, our recommended method of cooking is poaching. Place boneless chicken breasts in simmering water for 25 minutes or until thoroughly cooked through.
