For great coffee: Start with 1 heaping tbsp. per 6 oz. of water and adjust to taste. Whole bean coffee: Grind just enough coffee before each brewing. Grind suggestion: coarse, medium, fine. For iced coffee: Brew using half the amount of water and pour over ice. Store in an airtight container, away from heat, direct sunlight, and moisture.
