Keep refrigerated. Proper handling procedures: Store at 28°-35°F for optimum freshness. Once opened, product should be used within 5 days. After opening, overwrap unused portion with film and refrigerate. Cooking instructions: Since this ham is fully cooked, it can be sliced and eaten cold or heated in the oven. Heating instructions: Remove wrapper and place ham in a shallow baking pan in a 325° preheated oven. Cook ham approximately 15 minutes per pound. For a more festive treat, garnish with your favorite fruit or glaze.
