Recommended Cooking Method: Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place Zesty Italian Meatballs on a non-stick baking tray. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let stand 1 minutes, turn over and bake for additional 10-12 minutes. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Skillet: Preheat a non-stick skillet on medium heat. Add 2 tsp. of your favorite vegetable oil. Saute tossing the Zesty Italian Meatballs occasionally for 8-10 minutes. Turn heat down to low/medium and cover. Saute for an additional 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Cook from frozen to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C. If you want to enjoy your Zesty Italian Meatballs blended in a traditional Marinara Sauce, pre-bake/saute and add to sauce 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy! Suggested serving. Italian soy balls.
