Cooking Instructions: Remove casing before cooking. Product is pre-cooked and can be eaten as is. We recommend cooking in a non-stick pan with a little oil for 6-8 minutes on a medium heat, turning occasionally. If grilling, use a basting liquid so they don't dry out. Our favorite is 50% BBQ sauce, 30% oil, and 20% root beer. Keep refrigerated: Product may have previously been frozen. Use or freeze before date indicated on package.
