Directions
Boil: Directions : (1) In a medium pot, bring 8 cups of water to a boil. Add pasta. When water begins to boil again, reduce heat to low, and cook at a gentle boil for 6-7 minutes. (2) Drain pasta in colander. Do not rinse. (3) While your pot is warm, add 1 /3 cup of unsweetened almond milk and 2-1/2 T. vegan butter. Stir until butter is melted. (4) Add cheese mix a little at a time, stirring continuously until cheese sauce is smooth. (5) Add cooked pasta back into pot and gently stir pasta and sauce. Serve immediately and enjoy!
