Directions
Makes 18 cups. Cooking Instructions: Directions (Custard): 1. Mix 3 tbsp (30 g) of custard powder with 2 cups (500 ml) of cold milk. Add 2 tbsp (30 g) of sugar. 2. Bring the mixture to boiling point while stirring constantly. 3. Reduce the heat and keep stirring till obtaining the desired consistency. 4. Pour into cups and serve hot or cold. Store in a dry cool place.
